Mobile car wash manager wanted

Mobile car wash franchise in Portland looking for someone to manage and grow with the company, and watch your income, grow along with it. You will be provided with a mobile detailing van, You can wake up from your home get in the van and then go to customers houses or wherever they requested and perform the Wash or Detail. The Ideal candidate would bust their ass for 3-6 months with me, and then take over as regional manager getting paid more than they ever did washing cars, managing the business without having to wash or detail cars. Every once in a while do a day of detailing, but mostly managing and monitoring ad cost, and revenue and making sure were hitting our profit targets. must have at least 6 months to a year washing and detailing cars.
