Full Charge Bookkeeper

ISO reliable and competent (i.e. organized, accurate, proactive) Accountant for small, specialty landscape construction company. FT M-F and in-office only hours. 7 a.m.-4 p.m. Sole Accountant in ofc but works with external CPAs for planning and year-end reviews, taxes etc. AR/AP, General Ledger, weekly cash flow reporting and monthly reports. Assists with some HR on/off boarding, vetting candidates and benefits. Must possess minimum 2 year Associate's Degree plus 5 years proven track record in full time Accounting position. Preference to those who have WIP skills and are familiar with multi-state taxes and out of state project set-up. Position works in fun and friendly ofc of 4 other Admin staff. Additional field crew that travel out of state. Flexible mind set/positive attitude required. 8 paid holidays + health/dental insurance. Position available now. In-person full training provided.
