Job Title: Control Panel Assembler (Day Shift 20-25HRLY Starting Wage)Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Control Panel Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly of control panels used in industrial equipment. Your expertise in electrical wiring and control panel assembly will be crucial in ensuring the high quality and functionality of our products.Responsibilities
Assemble control panels according to wiring diagrams and blueprints.
Perform point-to-point wiring and crimping of wires.
Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
Ensure all electrical connections are secure and meet safety standards.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Conduct quality checks to ensure assembled panels meet specifications.
Essential Skills
Experience in control panel assembly or electrical wiring.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints.
Ability to perform point-to-point wiring and crimping.
Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools.
Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Extensive maintenance/PLC experience is a plus.
Work EnvironmentYou will be working in a large industrial manufacturing environment, using a variety of tools and equipment. The role involves physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs and requires working collaboratively within a team setting.
