We are looking for a Senior HVAC Technician to join our growing team at Sea Starr Heating & More in Florence, Oregon
As a Senior HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing all types of heating, and cooling systems.
You should have a problem solving attitude, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of electrical and mechanical systems related to HVAC Equipment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Install, repair and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioning, heating units, heat pumps, compressors, and mini split systems.
Compensation: Excellent Hourly pay (based on experience) plus Repair/Sales Commissions
Required Qualifications:
2 plus years field service experience preferred
High School Diploma or Equivalent, Certificate in HVAC, Building Maintenance Technology or relevant field a plus.
Valid Oregon Drivers License/Clean driving record/ ability to be commercially insured
Experience making repair and replace decisions.
Comfortable with selling HVAC parts, HVAC Systems, Service/Maintenance Plans
Impeccable Customer Service Skills
Have the ability to work well alone or with a team
Low Voltage License desired
Familiar with a wide range of equipment and trouble shooting techniques.
Universal EPA Certification
NATE Certification or acquire within 1 year of employment
Have the ability to express technical information in layman's terms by having outstanding verbal and written communication with clients
Ability to work in confined spaces, work from heights and the ability to lift 70lb
