Need dry rot repair for siding, areas near windows, doors, chimney's.
We are a condominium complex needing repair in spotty areas. 98 percent of siding is good but we are preparing for paint.
Siding is 1" cedar lap and replacing portions with hardie.
It would be wasteful and expensive to replace all,,,hopeful to find someone w skill and patience
