You will need to have a smart phone to monitor security system alerts and reset the security cameras, and make calls if needed. Open the gates in the morning and close at night. Not a lot of work just "eyes on".
You will need to have your own decent looking, self contained RV in good operating condition. Water and sewer dump is available nearby at Tugman State Park and others. Please do not reply if you do not currently have an RV.
