Minimum Job Qualifications and Requirements:
responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of common areas, including, but not limited to:
✓ landscape maintenance such as lawn mowing, raking, weeding, trimming, blowing; flower beds, pesticide
application, routine maintenance on the sprinkler system, watering and moving garden hoses
✓ experience with basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical
✓ wiping down surfaces and cleaning as needed; pressure washing
perform security checks twice daily and be versed in emergency procedures
liaison to contractors, suppliers and homeowners; assist in bid procurement
regularly report to the Board by email and telephone
excellent organizational and people skills
self-motivated and skilled in time management
Successful applicants will be able to work independently, set priorities, meet critical deadlines, and utilize collaborative problem-solving skills and communication when interacting with homeowners and guests. Experience in the field of property management/maintenance is preferred.
