OVERVIEW
Great opportunity for someone interested in the field of Property Maintenance at Emerald Heights Apartments!
This position is for someone who wants to be a strong part of a team for a large 300-unit property. The porter/cleaner/maintenance will work 40 hours/week to take care of all aspects of well-maintained property. The job includes (but is not limited to) keeping grounds clean of debris, keep laundry rooms and entryways clean on a regular rotation, sweeping cobwebs from entryways and buildings, and light maintenance duties.
DETAILS
Hours: 40 hrs/wk – $1600.00 monthly cash salary + monthly full rent credit of up to $1350.00
QUALIFICATIONS
– MUST HAVE STRONG CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
– Strong verbal and written communication skills
– Enjoy working with people
– Must have valid driver’s license.
– Able to accept constructive feedback
– Basic knowledge of (and ability to learn) Fair Housing laws.
– Home or apartment general Porter experience is PREFERRED.
– Ability to push/pull 70 lbs.
– Enjoy maintaining curb appeal – picking up the grounds, watering flowers, etc.
– High school diploma or equivalent
The schedule will be Tuesday through with Sundays and Mondays off, since these are busy days for the property. We provide training.
