As a Server at 60's Cafe and Diner, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. From greeting patrons and taking orders to delivering food with a smile and ensuring guest satisfaction, you will be the face of our establishment, embodying our commitment to exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any concerns
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and seamless service
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Food handler's card/ OLCC or willingness to obtain them
