We are seeking dedicated and skilled culinary professionals to join our passionate kitchen team.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Line Cook with fine dining experience to support our culinary operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in cooking techniques, plating precision, and a genuine passion for food. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to maintaining the highest culinary standards.

Responsibilities:

Execute dishes according to Restaurant Beck s high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency

Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before and during service

Prepare ingredients and components of each dish as assigned

Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations throughout service

Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service

Assist with prep work and other duties as assigned by Chef de Cuisine Zach Rampulla

Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines

Participate in daily cleaning, breakdown, and deep-cleaning procedures

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a fine dining or upscale kitchen environment

Solid understanding of professional cooking techniques, knife skills, and kitchen safety

Ability to work efficiently and with precision in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

A strong sense of urgency, reliability, and professionalism

Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic kitchen culture

Culinary degree or formal training is a plus, but not required

Schedule:

Evenings, weekends, and some holidays are required. Schedule may vary depending on the season and reservation volume.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly wage (DOE) + potential tips
