Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Kitchen Manager to oversee day-to-day kitchen operations under the direction of the Executive Chef. This role is perfect for an experienced culinary professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring kitchen staff, takes pride in operational excellence, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a positive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support the culinary team in daily operations
Manage scheduling, inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
Ensure food quality, consistency, and sanitation standards are met
Uphold and implement the Executive Chef’s standards and processes
Collaborate with leadership to improve efficiency and maintain a positive kitchen culture
What We’re Looking For:
Experience supervising in a professional kitchen
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and inventory management
Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
Conversational English and Spanish preferred
