We are seeking an experienced and passionate bartender to join our team at a newly opened Japanese Izakaya bar located within Dead Man’s Isle. As a bartender, you will play a crucial role in providing an authentic and memorable experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of traditional and creative cocktails, showcasing your bartending skills and knowledge of Japanese spirits.
- Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests, offering exceptional customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly stocked.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in mixology and Japanese spirits, continuously expanding your knowledge and expertise.
- Learn about the unique collection of Japanese inspired toys displayed in the bar, and share your knowledge with curious guests.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years bartending experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and multitask during busy shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and delicious cocktails.
- Must be available to work weekends.
