This position requires someone who is versatile and well-rounded.
Qualifications:
Must have basic handyman skills
Ability to handle daily maintenance tasks
Must be able to do physical labor including moving materials
Must have reliable transportation, and be willing to drive to different job sites
Must have some computer skills (Microsoft Office and Google Workspace)
Must be organized
