We are seeking a few bilingual candidates that are comfortable in the agriculture and packaging industry, have some supervisory experience and excel at working closely with teams. You should be familiar with packaging processes and workflows, meeting deadlines, and able to effectively communicate with and supervise a small team in a warehouse environment.
You must be:
Fluent bilingual English/Spanish (this is a must).
Able to work full-time hours 8-5, possibly longer or occasionally weekends if needed, but rare.
Able to manage 6-15 people, engage with floor workers as well as management efficiently and respectfully.
Detail oriented, oversee schedules, tracking progress and quality control and managing metrics of product to be packaged and shipped.
Reliable transportation and able to commute to or reside in Ashland.
Comfortable with the quirks, characters and seasonal aspects of this industry.
Wage range: $19-$22/hr
