New Horizon Woodworks is a custom cabinet and woodworking company that specializes in large commercial projects such as medical facilities and schools. We have opening for an AP Clerk that would play an essential role in the organizational strength of our company.
Position Responsibilities:
Accounts payable, bank and credit card reconciliations
Provides administrative support to customers and office staff
Manages phone calls and correspondence
Performs clerical and other related duties as required
Basic Qualifications:
Knowledge with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, Excel and Word
Experience with Bookkeeping software
Positive attitude and good teamwork skills
Must have a valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Accounting or Business (or two years of bookkeeping experience)
Sage software experience
