We are currently in search of a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Admin Assistant. This role will predominantly involve accounts payable tasks and maintaining our companies Drug and Alcohol Program. The ideal candidate for this position will be someone who demonstrates proactiveness and resourcefulness, possesses strong multitasking abilities, and can maintain a high level of accuracy. We value individuals who bring a meticulous approach to their work, ensuring precision in all aspects of their responsibilities.
Duties include:
Process Accounts Payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
Verify and reconcile invoices, ensuring timely payments.
Maintain vendor records, ensuring data integrity.
Handle inquiries from vendors regarding payments.
Assist with account reconciliations.
Utilize QuickBooks to process transactions and generate reports.
Support the Office Manager with additional tasks and projects as required.
Maintain the company Drug and Alcohol Program.
Front desk and other administrative duties.
Other duties as necessary.
Qualifications include:
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality with respects to privileged information both from the company and from customers
Skill in communications for telephone and direct contact with co-workers, customers, and the public
Ability to organize and maintain a filing system
Ability to prioritize various tasks given at a time
Computer knowledge: QuickBooks, Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Etc.
High school diploma
