As a Direct Support Professional on the Transition & Children's Services team, you will play a vital role in helping children aged 10 to 18 build stable lives, learn essential life skills, form friendships, and develop effective communication skills. T&C DSPs help these children grow into the best humans possible! We are looking for individuals who are ethical, patient, reliable, tenacious, compassionate, and adaptable. While this work can be challenging at times, it's incredibly rewarding to see the progress and growth that the children we serve make every day.
Wage & Benefits: $19.50 per hour
We are also offering a $1,000 sign on bonus that is paid out in increments at set milestones of your employment!

Position Type: All open shift hours are set and vary depending on the needs of the individual. Hours 30 and above are considered full time. Some Part-Time positions may be available.
Qualifications:
Be 18 years of age.
Have a valid driver’s license.
Certifications and Trainings:
Must pass required DHS background check and Protective Service Investigations.
Must be able to maintain all certifications as required by PCL, such as CPR, Oregon Intervention System (OIS), and Mandatory Abuse Reporting.
You will be trained on these subjects during a 2 week in-person orientation session.
