Title: OLCC Cannabis Farm Holding Immediate Interviews - General Labor, Experienced Trimmers

We are an OLCC licensed Tier II recreational cannabis farm located in Jackson County currently seeking Trimmers and Harvesters. Open interviews will be held virtually, selected candidates will be given 2-day trail to determine knowledge and ability, please email resume. You MUST HAVE ID/License and OLCC permit, and MUST send an updated resume to be considered. Please be aware upon any final hiring processes other information will be required. What we require of you: Must be over 21 years of age, and possess a valid OLCC Marijuana Workers Permit (may have no criminal history that would prevent working for an OLCC licensee). Ability to work outdoors in the widely variable Southern Oregon weather conditions.

Highly desirable candidates will possess these qualities: Previous experience in the industry; includes experience with metrc, trimming, bucking, sorting, weeding, pruning, rolling joints, and or sales. Important to have good communication skills and a willingness to learn and follow new practices. Must be a team player, reliable, responsible, and able to lift 30+ lbs as needed. Must be of good repute and moral character. Must be hygienic, and have reliable transportation. Must have a motivated mindset and strong attention to detail.

All applicants must be capable of performing all required job duties, and will be required to complete a probationary period to ensure they are capable of completing training and able to perform the required work duties.
