We are a recreational cannabis farm located about 10 minutes outside of Grants Pass that strives to grow some of the highest quality sun-grown flower in the state. We use organic nutrients and sustainable methods to cultivate on our farm and we grow some food out here too.
We're looking for a part time employee (20-25 hrs/week) to help out on the farm. The job would be year-round and could likely lead to full-time work in the future.
Our ideal candidate is someone who is handy (can fix things, at least somewhat mechanical) and able to complete laborious tasks like digging, raking, carry heavy objects, thinning plant canopies etc. Other attributes we look for are strong work ethic, loyalty, willingness/aptitude to learn, positive attitude and no drama.
OLCC worker permit is required. Experience in the cannabis industry is not a necessity for the position, but it is helpful. We're more interested in someone handy than somebody with a large amount of experience growing and we're willing to do some teaching.
