We are a small business located in Ashland that is in need of a person to run our shipping department. Skills include printing orders off of Shopify and filling them, being able to determine the best shipping option for each order, and possibly innovating the shipping process to have a more streamlined approach. Previous shipping experience would be very helpful for this position.
Additionally, we are looking for this person to have strong computer and customer service skills. We use Shopify, Quickbooks, Google Drive and Microsoft Word/Xcel as our main platforms and attending to some office needs such as pulling reports, emailing customers, ordering supplies, and some data entry would be required from time to time.
Skills that will help to be successful in this position include being self-sufficient, detail-oriented, motivated, organized, and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment. We are looking for the perfect person to really fine-tune this position to give the best service to our customers in the most streamlined manner.
We work Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's, 6-8 hours a day depending on the workload of the day. Please send us a resume if interested!
