Job Summary
We are seeking a server to join our team at the Goldback and Iruai Wine Room, where we want to emphasize the fun and approachable aspects of wine. We aim to provide relaxed and playful vibes in a community atmosphere where people can enjoy good, seasonal food and rotating inspirational wines alongside the wines that we make ourselves.
The ideal candidate will be flexible and have an interest in wine, as well as a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment. As a server, you will be responsible for pouring and describing wine, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Because the Wine Room is a small establishment, all teammates share front and back of house duties - we also ask for our servers to provide attention to detail in food safety and assembling delicious food from our menu.
We are open Weds-Sun, and are considering opening other days of the week with the right staff. The ideal candidate will be flexible about which shift they can take (opening or closing). The ideal candidate will be able to work 25-35 hours per week.
