The Bohemian Bar & Rooftop Restaurant located in downtown Grants Pass is seeking a highly motivated induvial to join our dynamic team!
We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and a unique dining experience for our guest.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Prepare and serve a variety of classic cocktails, including our house signature drinks with precision.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and bar supplies are ready prior to service each day.
Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guest to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience.
Handle cash & credit card transactions.
Train and mentor junior bar staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Stay updated on menu and drink changes.
Assessing guest needs and preferences and making recommendations.
Qualifications:
Minimum of two (2) years of classic cocktail experience.
Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Extensive knowledge of cocktails recipes, mixology techniques.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift heavy items, up to 50lbs.
MUST have OLCC.
