About the Role:

We’re looking for skilled, dependable cooks to join our Back of House team. You’ll work in a fast-paced kitchen alongside a supportive crew, helping us deliver high-quality dishes with consistency and pride.

What You’ll Do:

Prepare and execute menu items to recipe standards

Maintain a clean and organized station

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Work with the team to ensure smooth service and timely output

Contribute ideas and support a creative, positive kitchen culture

What We’re Looking For:

Current Oregon Food Handler’s Certification (required)

Prior line-cook or back-of-house experience in a professional kitchen

Positive attitude, integrity, and a willingness to learn—even if experienced

No wannabe chefs—real cooks who can deliver!

No first-timers or fakes—we need dedicated and reliable workers

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take direction well

BARTENDER JOB DESCRIPTION

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced, customer-focused bartender to join our front-of-house team. You’ll craft drinks with precision, provide excellent guest service, and help create a welcoming, lively atmosphere.

What You’ll Do:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests

Maintain bar cleanliness, stock levels, and proper inventory rotation

Follow OLCC regulations and safety standards at all times

Engage with guests to provide a friendly and memorable experience

Work closely with the FOH team to ensure smooth service

What We’re Looking For:

Current OLCC Server Permit and Oregon Food Handler’s Certification (required)

Proven bartending experience and knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails

Positive attitude, integrity, and a willingness to learn—even if experienced

No first-timers or fakes—we need dedicated and reliable workers

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
