We are building our team for Front of the House, including; bartenders, food runners, shift leads.
We are a busy, independent and locally owned restaurant seeking a dynamic, charismatic member for the front of the house. This position ensures that our guests are warmly welcomed and have their expectations exceeded while dining with us. Applicants must have:
21+ years olda
Ability to lead and work as a team
Desire and ability to develop a sincere, warm rapport with our guests
High-energy, guest-focused approach to floor management
Experience serving and selling in a full-service dining room
Experience in cash handling and end-of-day reporting
Ability to work quickly and effectively in a busy dining room
Experience managing and training
Ability to orchestrate labor effectively during service to the benefit of our guests
Must be available to work Sundays
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 2+ year experience successfully supervising or assisting management in a hospitality environment. Ideal candidates should have an upbeat and energetic personality and be able to work as part of a management team.
This is a year-round opportunity. We are seeking someone who understands that guest satisfaction always takes priority and efficient restaurant operations makes that possible. The responsibilities of this position is a balance between offering guests sincere and attentive service, while leading a FOH team using effective communication and delegation skills.
