ZCS is a multi-disciplinary Oregon A&E consulting firm that has served clients throughout the Pacific Northwest since 1978. As an established engineering firm with an emerging architectural department, we work collaboratively across disciplines and offices to provide comprehensive services to our clients. Many of our recent projects include substantial renovations and additions for K-12 educational facilities and seismic retrofits of existing buildings. ZCS has four office locations: Grants Pass, Medford, Klamath Falls, and Oregon City.

ZCS does more than design our built environment. We build lasting relationships with our clients, our employees, and our communities. Because we like a challenge, we continually take on projects that stretch and grow our skill set and hire employees who are willing to go above and beyond to meet those challenges with innovative solutions.

ZCS is passionate about building an environment that employees thrive in. As a collaborative design firm that offers architectural, structural, and civil design services, we rely on teamwork across our offices and across disciplines. At ZCS we value thoughtful design, improving the safety of our communities, consistency, dependability, and creative thinking and expect that our employees display these qualities.

As a Lead Engineer in the civil engineering discipline, you will ultimately leverage your in-depth knowledge of civil engineering and construction, strategic thinking, collaborative skills, and strong communication acumen to manage projects through completion and develop construction documents.
