We have an opening for a couple to manage a Mobile home park.
Duties would include:
Rent collection and bank deposits.
Maintaining files and records.
Working with new applicants when a home is sold.
Understanding procedures for delinquent accounts.
Enforcing rules and regulations.
Writing a monthly newsletter for tenants.
Attending online training sessions.
Maintenance would involve:
Walking the park daily, keeping it clean and observing repair needs.
working with subcontractors on infrastructure problems such as
water lines, electrical, tree trimming.
Maintain supplies and keep park equipment in good shape.
Respond promptly and accordingly to emergency situations.
We are a small community, and we are looking for a friendly couple,
who will make it their home, and create a warm and friendly environment for everyone.
Semi retired are encouraged to apply.
Experience in apartment, mobile home, mini storage would be helpful
