I am looking for a couple to manage a small self storage facility in Grants Pass OR. A knowledge of Quick Books is helpful. There is a three bedroom home that goes with it. A large fenced yard and a detached garage. You would need to be on property during the day time. Duties to include cleaning, renting billing and collecting rents. you would need to keep the grounds neat and clean.
