Full Time Team Management Position

We are currently taking applications for a full time team management position. This position is for a team of two (2) to work five (5) days a week. The starting salary is $62,650.00 for the team, we offer a health insurance plan, and an upstairs one bedroom on site apartment including electric, water/sewer, and garbage is provided. Duties include, but are not limited to answering phones, taking payments, completing new tenant paperwork, as well as cleaning of office, restroom, and vacated units, and minor landscape maintenance.
