Job Title: Quality Control Inspector IJob DescriptionConducts examinations and quality control inspections on products, materials, components, and parts at various stages of the production process, to ensure compliance with established quality and reliability standards.Responsibilities
Conduct examinations and quality control inspections on products, materials, and components to ensure alignment with product requirements and quality standards.
Provide detailed analysis, troubleshooting, and evaluation of components, assemblies, and systems.
Maintain documentation records and data on tests performed.
Recommend quality control solutions to complex problems and implement corrective actions.
Perform internal audits based on established criteria and record the results.
Ensure regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. May need to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and additional hours as necessary.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
Essential Skills
Experience in inspection, quality control, and quality assurance.
Proficiency in in-process inspection using calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring instruments.
Knowledge of silicone, rubber, and extrusion processes.
Attention to detail and ability to follow detailed job instructions.
Ability to apply a systematic Quality Assurance approach to solve standard problems.
Skilled in measuring and using test equipment as prescribed by job requirements.
Capability to identify and independently resolve routine issues.
Proficient computer skills.
