Physical Therapist - Join Our Dynamic Healthcare Team!Location: McMinnville, ORWe are looking for a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will work with individuals limited by physical injury, illness, pain, developmental disabilities, or the aging process to help maximize their independence, prevent disability, and promote overall health. Your practice will include patient evaluation, treatment, consultation, and education for both patients and their caregivers.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized Plans of Care for patients.
Implement effective treatment plans to achieve patient goals.
Provide education to patients, families, caregivers, and team members.
Complete timely and accurate documentation of patient progress and treatments.
Maintain clinical competency and engage in ongoing professional development.
Demonstrate sound judgment, patience, and professionalism in all interactions.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree.
Current Oregon Physical Therapist license.
Minimum of one year of experience preferred.
BLS certification (required within 3 months of hire and must be maintained as current).
