Customer Service Representative

Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our Medical Store Customer Service Representative position. The Medical Store Customer Service Representative is responsible for serving walk-in customers and phone-in customers. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Greet customers in a professional and enthusiastic wayAnswer telephone calls promptlyRoute patient information to appropriate personnel/departments as necessary to order, deliver, and bill medical products and servicesManage a large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely mannerFollow call 'scripts' when handling different topicsIdentify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutionsKeep records of customer conversations in Norco's electronic system in a comprehensible wayDemonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, placement, availability, price and useEfficiently assess customer needs for product or servicesEducates patients/clients on medical products and servicesProcess customer orders and accurately input customer orders into the computerPerform other tasks as assigned or necessary
