Umpqua Bank takes a relationship-based approach to recruitment and the Talent Acquisition Specialist incorporates this philosophy into every interaction with candidates and hiring leaders. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support requisition management, coordinate candidate interviews, review offer letters and administer pre-employment screenings while simultaneously meeting service level commitments in a fast-paced environment.About You:You are self-motivated and take initiative with an entrepreneurial spirt, you are driven to deliver results, and you are obsessed with both candidate and hiring manager experience! You have a natural tendency to build relationships, to serve others, and you appreciate collaborative teamwork. You are efficient, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator. You have at least one year of corporate talent acquisition experience, and you reside within Oregon’s Portland metro area or Washington’s Seattle-Tacoma metro region.About the Benefits:This non-exempt role offers an attractive total compensation package, health benefits for you and all eligible dependents, paid time off for vacation, illness, holidays, and volunteerism too. The hourly pay range for the role is $25.00 to $27.00 ($52,000 to $56,000 annually) and the pay rate for the selected candidates is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location.
