We are seeking to hire a Property Manager for the one to two apartment communities in Redmond, OR. The ideal candidate is thorough, experienced in apartment management, strong leasing skills, and enjoys building a positive, productive environment for residents and co-workers. In this position, you will have a separate office onsite to work from.
Workdays: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
Pay: $23.00-$27.00/hr (DOE)
Additional Compensation: $50.00 monthly cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement
Responsibilities for the Property Manager
Office management
Supervision of maintenance staff
Resident relations
Coordinating with vendors and case managers
Maintaining resident rental records.
As property manager you would be the first point of contact for most residents, caseworkers, visitors and others.
Available for scheduled on-call hours.
