About Pacific Pine Products
Pacific Pine Products manufactures wood doors and millwork for residential markets throughout the Western United States. We sell high end custom prehung wood doors under the brand High Sierra Custom Door. Our facility is 110,000 sq ft and is filled with both custom and standard machining equipment, forklifts, blower systems, etc. We also maintain a fleet of vehicles from service trucks to semi’s. We have about 85 employees at our manufacturing facility in Lakeview, Oregon.
About the position
This position is to join our small maintenance team as a working lead. Implement and manage preventative maintenance programs, provide oversight and millwright skills to equipment installation, safety, and improvement projects. Provide reactive maintenance for equipment and vehicles to support manufacturing uptime. There is some leadership and delegation involved, as well as hands-on maintenance and millwright work.

Fabrication skills in metal and wood
Experience in implementing and maintaining preventative maintenance programs
Understanding and technical experience with maintaining computer automated equipment and controls.
Prior maintenance leadership experience
Maintenance experience in wood products manufacturing
