We are looking for an Estimator in our Construction and Remodeling division. Our goal is to find a dedicated leader that takes ownership and eliminates the excuses. Qualifications:
2-5+ years in construction management / estimating.
2-5+ years insurance restoration experience and estimating a plus.
A professional with ethical leadership, personable, and dedicated that's not afraid to get their hands dirty. A team player!
Has the ability to communicate ideas and lead work teams.
Excellent people skills.
Excellent time management skills, takes initiative, ownership and follows through.
Knowledge of Water and Fire mitigation is a plus.
Ability to handle multiple projects at one time.
Proficient with computers and software. Xactimate estimating software experience is a plus.
Must be willing to participate in the after hours on call rotation.
Ability to complete a background check subject to applicable law.
Ability to complete a drug test subject to applicable law.
Valid Oregon Driver's License.
