Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Office Manager in JUNCTION CITY, Oregon, 97448-1304, United States. The role involves managing all aspects of the business, from answering calls and ordering supplies to assisting with marketing activities. Responsibilities: Manage and direct all office operations to ensure smooth workflows Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner Order office supplies as needed to maintain inventory Assist in the implementation and execution of marketing strategies Maintain strong attention to detail in all tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency Utilize accounting software systems to manage and monitor financial aspects of the business Perform various accounting functions including accounts payable and receivable Utilize CRM and other software like Dentrix Dental Software and About Time to manage customer relationships and tasks Handle ADP - Financial Services and Concur systems for financial and expenses management. Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Experience with ADP - Financial Services Familiarity with Concur software Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software Knowledge of Dentrix Dental Software Experience with About Time software Ability to perform Accounting Functions effectively Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls efficiently Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook, in particular) Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills A team player with leadership skills Ability to work under strict deadlines.
