We provide our global teams with the resources needed to achieve individual career goals while helping to take science a step beyond by developing solutions for some of the world’s toughest challenges, like protecting the environment, making sure our food is safe or helping find cures for cancer.Location/Division Specific InformationThe Life Sciences Electron Microscopy Business Unit provides innovative electron microscopy workflow solutions for high resolution biological imaging, ranging from atomic resolution imaging of protein complexes to volume acquisition of cellular compartment structures.Eindhoven, Netherlands; Brno, Czech Republic; Hillsboro, OR; Remote location, based in USADiscover Impactful Work:You will develop and complete the marketing strategy, working closely with internal and external customers to convert of marketing ideas and messages into effective marketing programs leading to sales, improved customer satisfaction, and new market growth in a dynamic environment.A day in the Life:

Work with product, commercial and marketing operations teams to develop thought leadership and demand generation multi-channel strategies targeting key growth segments in line with business priorities.

Develop compelling value propositions and engaging content to generate awareness and drive demand for assigned product portfolios in targeted segments that resonate with our customers and prospects through buyers' journey

Report on the efficiency of marketing performance and segments by reviewing data and analytics to make strategic recommendations.

Plan and track budgets, schedules and performance requirements for the assigned product lines and projects.

Work closely with internationally based regional marketing colleagues to scale marketing campaigns

Drive lead generation programs that result in sales and long-term customer engagement.

Act as a business unit partner to marketing partners - a true brand ambassador, understanding, upholding, and communicating our business unit strategy in all aspects of our marketing programs.

Keys to Success:Education

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Healthcare-related field, advanced degree preferred

Experience

Customer-centric with 3+ years experience marketing, sales, or sales support in technical / scientific products; Experience in microscopy or software a plus!

Experience in marketing of technical products, developing successful lead gen programs using multi-channel strategies with ability to plan, implement and measure and ability to learn from previous campaigns to improve future performance

A strong marketing performance history of successfully building customer value, sales and marketing strategies across direct, web, social and other digital channels

Self-starter with problem-solving ability with good intuition for business, and fast learner to handle multiple projects' scope, budget and schedule to achieve timely completion

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Creative and proven written and strong public speaking and presentation skills with a keen eye for visual design

A proactive, collaborative ability to work on problems of routine to diverse scope; influence cross-functional peer groups and gain agreement of others to implement efficient solutions in a large matrix environment

Strong project management skills; ability to communicate go-to-market strategies, metrics, failures, success stories etc. to improve overall marketing efficiency.
