A Nationwide Credit Union is looking to hire an Administrative Support role to help support the recruiting team! This is a hybrid opportunity and will allow candidates to work 1-2 days from home per week. Description:
Facilitate new hire process from offer acceptance to start date, including but not limited to, processing new hires in the ATS, submitting new hire details to internal partners, ensuring all pre-employment checks are completed, auditing new hire files for completeness, and assisting new hires with electronic onboarding
Manage pipeline of assigned position(s): source, recruit, conduct early stage interviews, and administer pre-employment assessments; maintain frequent contact with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring lifecycle
Engage appropriate internal partners to resolve system and new hire issues and remove roadblocks through effective communication, sound judgment, and critical thinking
Select, evaluate, and measure appropriate and effective sources for achieving high quality applicant pools for a variety of positions; research and recommend new sources for passive candidate recruiting

Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 3 years’ prior experience in a fast paced, high volume customer service or administration role
Proven ability to professionally handle sensitive information
