Walsh Trucking Co., a family owned and operated business since 1959 and staple in the Wood residuals and Refuse industry is in need of a Truck/Trailer Parts Assistant for our high-volume Eugene Terminal. This is a Full-Time position, Tuesday-Saturday, from 9AM-5:30PM.
Key responsibilities:
o Responsible for assisting with purchasing of Truck/Trailer parts
o Organizes parts receiving and parts pick-up
o Utilizes Fleet management software /OEM parts systems
o Repair Order Processing /Data Entry
o Computer Proficiency required, MS Word and Excel training.
o Works Directly with Parts coordinator to maintain inventory.
o Direct interaction with mechanics to identify parts/handle requests
o Prioritize tasks to meet needs of shop staff/service managers.
o Room to grow with Walsh Trucking’s team of parts professionals
Qualifications
o 1-3 years’ experience in the industry
o High school diploma or GED
o Clean driving record
