Looking for professional landscaper to take on the role as a lead for a maintenance route. The route is a mix of mostly residential and a few commercial accounts. Applicants should bring experience in the field of landscaping, as well as experience as a crew lead. Our maintenance work is largely bed work and is very plant heavy(weeding, pruning, perennial care), so confidence with identification and care is an important must. We do have mowing accounts as well so experience running equipment (mowers, trimmers, hedgers) is also a must.
As a lead we would like applicants to have a valid drivers license and ability to drive a truck/trailer. We are looking for someone confident in their work, comfortable communicating with clients, capable of instructing crew members, and the ability to manage time efficiently. The starting wage for applicants with the right experience is $20/hr with room to grow.
