Are you an experienced painter with a strong work ethic and pride in your craft? One Way Painting LLC is looking for a skilled Journeyman Painter to join our crew. With over 30 years of delivering high-quality painting services, we’re a company that values reliability, craftsmanship, and honoring our client's needs.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in commercial, residential, or industrial painting
Proficient in all standard painting tasks, with above-average painting skills preferred
Spray experience: exterior, interiors, finish work
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation a must
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver clean, professional results
Dependable, drug-free, and shows up on time
Self-motivated with a good attitude and a commitment to doing the job right
Employees will work primarily in Lane County but may be required to travel throughout Oregon (compensated for travel time); weekends and overtime my be necessary to meet the clients and business needs.
