Rosboro is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Springfield Facility. The ideal candidate would have a strong background in manufacturing and previous leadership experience.
Rosboro operates manufacturing facilities in the Pacific Northwest's Willamette Valley. Rosboro products include studs, dimension lumber and a complete glulam product line that includes application-specific glulam solutions like X-Beam and Big Beam. Rosboro glulam products are sold through a nation-wide distribution network that provides next day delivery. Glulam is the most cost effective engineered wood product on the market today making it the best choice for floor, roof and wall framing
Key Functions:
Responsible for the production schedule to maximize results and the quality of products.
Maintain safe work environment.
Support and coach a team of employees.
Maintain timekeeping system for employees.
Conduct monthly safety meetings and crew meetings when necessary.
Provide necessary training to employees.
Coordinate with maintenance personnel.
Work with Sales Department to ensure we are meeting customer needs.
Monitor Inventory.
Engage and promote process improvement.
Must be available to work any shift.
