Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and driven Independent Sales Contractor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background, a love for unique beverages, and a desire to help grow a promising start-up. Additionally, we encourage applications from restaurant staff looking to transition into a sales career. Your experience in the hospitality industry has given you valuable skills in customer service, relationship-building, and understanding consumer preferences, all of which are highly relevant to this role.
As an Independent Sales Contractor, you will be responsible for generating sales, building client relationships, and expanding our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, bars, restaurants, and distributors
Present and promote Thunder Mountain Honey Seltzer's product line to potential clients
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue
Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up support
Report on sales activities, progress, and market feedback
Attend trade shows, tastings, and events to promote our products
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience, preferably in the beverage or related industry
Strong knowledge and passion for unique beverages, especially seltzers
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Self-driven with a high level of motivation and energy
Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools
Ability to travel within assigned territory as needed
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Special Consideration for Restaurant Staff: Experience in the hospitality industry is highly valued. Skills in customer service, relationship-building, and consumer insights are directly transferable and highly relevant to this role.
