As a Glulam Account Manager, you’ll drive sales of Rosboro’s innovative glulam products by building strong relationships with our established wholesale distribution customers. You’ll provide commercial and technical support, ensure customer satisfaction, and maximize sales revenue in a dynamic, growth-focused environment. Receiving and responding to inbound sales inquiries

Key Responsibilities

Foster long-term relationships with customers to boost sales and loyalty.

Respond promptly to in-bound sales inquiries and prepare order confirmations.

Analyze sales and competitive data to collaborate with distributors and optimize performance.

Communicate product pricing, inventory availability, and delivery schedules.

Coordinate with production teams to meet delivery timelines and customer needs.

Facilitate third-party manufacturing/processing when required.

Provide technical support and recommend optimal product applications.

Resolve customer complaints, quality concerns, and invoicing issues efficiently.

Advocate for your accounts to company management.

Travel to key markets to strengthen partnerships and drive Rosboro glulam sales.

Qualifications

Required:

o 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or customer service.

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

o Strong analytical skills.

o Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

o Detail-oriented team player with a passion for customer satisfaction.

Preferred:

o Knowledge of glulam, or other engineered wood products, or residential construction.

Competitive base Salary will be based on qualifications and experience.
