Job Summary: The CSR will assist the Producer in performing all aspects of day-to-day insurance customer service. This requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, and knowledge of various computer programs. You must have attention to detail and good time management skills to succeed in this position.
Essential Duties:
· Handles telephone calls of all types.
· Attention to detail and good time management skills.
· Data entry on agency management system.
· Processes new and renewal accounts
· Handle normal account service activity
· Work closely with Producers and other Account Managers.
· Perform additional assigned duties as necessary.
Requirements:
Prior CSR experience
Prior office experience, computer, phone, scheduling
Prior Insurance experience is desirable, but not necessary.
