We are looking for a highly organized and client-focused Client Services Manager to join our health insurance team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, helping them navigate the health insurance application process, answering questions, and supporting our agents and office operations. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering top-tier customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication: Promptly respond to client phone calls, messages, and inquiries, providing accurate information or directing them to the appropriate licensed agent or department.
Application Support: Check the status of health insurance applications, update clients on progress, and clearly communicate next steps or expectations throughout the enrollment process.
Customer Service: Deliver the highest standard of service in all interactions, ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and valued.
Front Desk Coverage: Manage front desk duties and client walk-ins when the primary receptionist is unavailable.
Scheduling: Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently with the appropriate health insurance agent.
Activity Management: Track and complete all assigned and unassigned tasks in a timely manner, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Resource Management: Create and maintain organized lists, internal documents, and resource-sharing tools using Microsoft Excel and Word.
Office Support: Provide general administrative and operational support to ensure smooth office workflow and assist agents in any way possible.
Client Engagement: Make birthday and courtesy calls as part of ongoing client relationship-building efforts.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a health insurance agency or related field preferred.
Strong understanding of health insurance processes and client communication needs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
A team player with a proactive and service-oriented attitude.
