A growing RV dealership is looking for a motivated and experienced Lot Manager to join our team. This role is key to ensuring our lot remains well-organized, visually appealing, and ready for customers at all times. Position Overview:
As Lot Manager, you’ll be responsible for the layout, presentation, and cleanliness of our RV inventory. You’ll coordinate with sales and service departments to ensure units are prepped and positioned properly, manage lot personnel, and help maintain a professional and customer-ready environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Organize and maximize use of lot space for optimal visibility and access.
Supervise and lead lot team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Coordinate unit staging and preparation in partnership with the sales and service departments.
Maintain a clean, secure, and visually appealing lot at all times.
Regularly inspect lot inventory to ensure readiness and presentation standards are met.
Communicate RV status and availability with the sales team in real time.
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in a dealership environment—RV or automotive—especially in lot or inventory management.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Proven leadership abilities with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Forklift experience preferred; certification a plus.
Clean driving record required for moving inventory.
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Able to work independently and thrive in a team-oriented setting.
