Position: Picker Packer – Meat Packing Company
Location: Eugene, OR 97402
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

About the Role:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Picker Packers to join our team at a local meat packing facility in Eugene. In this role, you’ll be responsible for sorting, packing, and preparing meat products for shipment while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Responsibilities:
Accurately pick and pack meat products based on order specifications
Inspect products for quality and freshness
Weigh, label, and package items appropriately
Maintain cleanliness and organization in work area
Follow all food safety and workplace safety procedures
Work in a cold environment for extended periods
Requirements:
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment (protective gear provided)
Previous warehouse or food handling experience is a plus but not required
Must be reliable and punctual
Able to lift up to 40 lbs
