Organic farm crew

Circle h Farm is seeking farm crew members with a determined work ethic and a passion for creating healthy food for people while stewarding the land. Previous experience is strongly favored. Duties include seeding, transplanting, hand weeding, watering, hoeing, fertilizing and harvesting vegetables, fruits, and culinary herbs organically in all weather conditions. Will be self-motivated but also comfortable working with a crew of 1-3 people. Need to be a creative problem solver, strong communicator, a diligent and persistent worker. Advancement opportunity for proficient workers. Compensation starts at $16/hr and is dependent on experience. The 3/4 to full-time position runs through November.
