Our client in Lowell, OR, a global leader in blueberry plant production (not berry sales), is looking for a hands-on, versatile Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to support large-scale plant manufacturing across 100+ greenhouses, multiple labs, and buildings on a 33,000-acre operation (4 farms, 30+ acres each). You’ll touch everything except the plants—from irrigation to electrical, tractors to trailers, welding to painting, and everything in between.

What you will be doing:
Maintain & troubleshoot irrigation systems, pumps, motors, and a wide variety of general landscaping and grounds maintenance
Electrical repairs (up to 240V 3-phase), basic welding/fabrication, facility upkeep
Operate and maintain equipment such as tractors, trailers, on-road vehicles, machinery, and PLC automation equipment
Support continuous improvement across the greenhouses, labs, and office facilities
No two days are the same - you may mow new land in the morning and install irrigation lines by afternoon. You’re always doing something different! Keeps things fun and provides opportunities for learning new skills.
What you bring to the table:
You are a mechanically inclined problem-solver with basic electrical skills (PLC knowledge is a plus)
Able to troubleshoot pumps/motors and perform hands-on work across large acreage grounds
Experience working with irrigation systems, construction, assembly, building maintenance & repairs, and overall facility maintenance
Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused with a clean driving record
Ability to successfully clear a criminal record check and drug screening (includes THC)
